The farm is a project that goes back far in time.
There were many ideas that have followed and alternate about the style of the building, furnishings, period... but the only certainty is that this always been the aim was to have. The Cavallini family has always thought that the farm would enable the various guests to go beyond the mere knowledge of nature: would allow both to LIVE and to learn to RESPECT.
To enable this Dallol arises therefore as farm WITHOUT BARRIERS, to allow anyone to take the company and its surroundings, fed exclusively through RENEWABLE ENERGY, symbol of the great importance attached to environmental protection and land.
